The bracket is a fixture (as for holding a lamp) projecting from a wall or column. 

According to the types of different cameras, we can know:

  • Battery-Powered Security Cameras: Argus 2 has a magnetic mount and outdoor security bracket; Argus Pro/Argus Eco/Argus PT/Reolink Go has an outdoor security bracket, or we call it a secure mount.
  • PoE IP Cameras: RLC-410/RLC-423/RLC-511/D800/B800 comes with a bracket along with the camera and are designed to work on the wall. Take the bracket of RLC-511 as an example:

  • WiFi Security Cameras: Reolink Lumus/RLC-410W/RLC-511W comes with a bracket along with the camera and is designed to work on the wall. And nearly the same bracket as  RLC-511.

According to the function of brackets, we can know:

  • Flip bracket(Vertical bracket): This kind of bracket is to help install cameras under the ceiling and hold the cameras firmly, outdoors or indoors. Take the bracket sold on the Reolink website as an example:

  • Wall bracket: This kind of bracket is to help install cameras on a wall and hold the cameras firmly, outdoors or indoors. Take the bracket sold on the Reolink website as an example:
