Short Answer: No — but there’s a workaround.

Reolink's stand-alone battery-powered cameras, such as those in the Argus series and Go series, are designed with power efficiency in mind. Due to hardware limitations and to preserve battery life, these cameras do not support direct web browser access. That means you cannot access their live view or recordings through a browser interface like you can with Reolink’s PoE or wired Wi-Fi models.

Recommended Access Methods

To manage and monitor your Reolink battery-powered camera, we recommend the following:

  • Reolink App (iOS/Android) — for full mobile control
  • Reolink Client (Windows/macOS) — for desktop viewing and settings

These apps offer a reliable connection and support most of the features available on the cameras.

Can Battery Cameras Be Accessed via Web at All?

Yes — but only if connected to a Reolink Home Hub series or Reolink NVR.

While the stand-alone cameras themselves don’t support browser access, certain battery-powered Wi-Fi cameras can be added to a Reolink Home Hub or a compatible Reolink NVR.

Once connected, you can then:

  • Access the Hub or NVR via web browser (on a local network or via remote access)
  • View and manage the battery cameras through the browser interface of the Hub/NVR

This method enables web access indirectly, leveraging the browser support of the NVR/Hub.

Direct web access is not supported on stand-alone battery-powered cameras due to hardware and power-saving limitations. You can still enjoy browser access by adding supported battery-powered Wi-Fi models to a Reolink Home Hub or Reolink NVR. For most users, the Reolink App and Client remain the most effective tools for managing battery cameras.
