Applies to: Reolink wifi cameras and battery-powered cameras.
For the Reolink App, after you input the wifi password and click on "Save", then camera will try to connect to the wifi you selected.
And if that wifi setting works, then it will be saved to your camera later.
Note: If you click on "Skip and save", then no matter if your wifi setting is correct or not, it will be saved to the camera.
If the camera can't connect to that wifi, then you will see the error message saying "Failed to connect to WiFi". In that case, please click on "Cancel" and check if you input the SSID/Password correctly.
For Reolink Client, you may use the WI-FI Test button to check if your wifi setting works:
