If you have subscribed to multiple Reolink Cloud plans, please go to the Reolink Cloud website to switch, renew, or cancel plans. The operation cannot be done via the Reolink App when you have multiple plans under one Cloud account.

Switch Cloud Plans
Step 1. Log in to your Cloud account and go to the Cloud Dashboard. You will see all your current cloud plans.
Step 2. Click the Switch Plan button under the cloud plan you want to change.
Step 3. You will see several cloud plan options. Select the plan you want and click Continue to make a payment.
Renew Cloud Plans
Step 1. Log in to your Cloud account on the Reolink website and go to Cloud Dashboard.
Step 2. Find the plan you want to renew, click the Renew Plan button under that plan, and proceed to make a payment.
Cancel Cloud Plans
Step 1. Log in to your Cloud account and go to Cloud Dashboard.
Step 2. Find the plan you want to cancel and click Cancel Plan.
Step 3. You have two options about your balance: refund the balance or use it to renew another cloud plan. If you choose to use it to renew another cloud plan, you can select one of your other plans on this page. If you choose a refund, please move to Step 4.
Step 4. If you choose the Refund option, please read the page and check the "OK, got it" box. Click Yes, Cancel My Plan, and your plan will be canceled.
