Currently, Reolink Cloud is compatible with various Reolink camera models across different global regions (click Reolink Cloud Availability to learn more).

If you have subscribed to multiple Reolink Cloud plans and would like to switch, renew, or cancel the plans, you could operate either via the website or Reolink App. 

The article below will be divided as below, you can click the link to quickly locate the part:

On the website

Log in to your Cloud account on the website and click Home > Cloud Dashboard.

You can see the current subscription(s) under your account.

Subscribe Multiple Cloud Plans

Step 1. Click on Home to reach the cloud plan subscription interface, scroll down and click Subscribe to Reolink Cloud.

Step 2. Select a cloud plan and follow the prompts on the webpage to complete your purchase. The steps are the same as those you followed for your previous cloud plan subscription. Once successful, you will see multiple plans available.

Switch Cloud Plans

Step 1. Click the Switch Plan under the cloud plan you want to change.

Step 2. Select a plan you want to switch to and click Continue to the next step.

Step 3. Select a device to work with the new plan, and click Next to make the payment.

Step 4. Fill in the billing address, tick to confirm the policy, and click Yes, Switch to New Plan and Pay Now.

Renew Cloud Plans

Step 2. Find the plan you want to renew, click the Renew Plan button under that plan, and proceed to make a payment.

Step 2. Tick to confirm the policy and click Confirm Renewal.

Step 3. Click Got It and Continue to Buy.

Cancel Cloud Plans

Step 1. Find the plan you want to cancel and click Cancel Plan

Step 2. Click OK, got it to confirm the reminder, and click Yes, Cancel My Plan.

Step 3. Done. Your cloud plan is canceled successfully and the refund will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

On the Reolink App

Launch the Reolink App, log in to your cloud account, and tap Cloud > Cloud Storage > Plan.

Subscribe Multiple Cloud Plans

As shown in the image, if you already have a Plan and wish to purchase additional cloud plans, tap on "Buy a Plan." Select a cloud plan and follow the prompts on the page to complete your purchase. The steps are the same as those you followed for your previous cloud plan subscription. Once successful, you will see multiple plans available.

Switch Cloud Plan

Step 1. Choose the plan that you would like to switch, and tap Switch Plan.

Step 2. Select a storage location (optional) and choose a plan you want to change.

Tap Continue to the next step.

Step 3. Select a device to work with the new plan, and tap Next.

Step 4. Fill in the Billing Address and tap Yes, Switch to New Plan and Pay Now.

Renew Cloud Plans

Step 1. Choose a plan that you would like to renew, and tap Renew in the top right corner.

Step 2. Tick to confirm the reminder, and tap Confirm Renewal > Got It and Continue to Buy.

Done! Your cloud plan is successfully renewed.

Cancel Cloud Plans

Step 1. Choose a plan you would like to cancel, and tap Cancel Plan.

Step 2. The App will automatically link to the cloud page. Tap Cancel Plan again.

Step 3. Tap OK, got it and Yes, Cancel My Plan.
