Step 2. In the Detection Alarm interface, you can choose from different alarm types and adjust related settings, such as object size, sensitivity, and non-detection areas.

1) Object Size: Used to filter unnecessary alarm objects.

  • If the moving object is smaller than the minimum object size (yellow box) or larger than the maximum object size (blue box), it will not trigger the alarm, helping to reduce false alarms. This setting is based on the box size, not its position. To filter alarms in a specific area, set the Non-Detection Zone.

  • Tap the blue or yellow box in the bottom-left corner to draw it on the screen and adjust the box size. To delete the box, tap the delete button in the bottom-right corner. Finally, tap Save to apply the settings.

2) Sensitivity: Adjust sensitivity to increase or decrease the alarm detection rate.

Higher sensitivity means the system will detect smaller movements or changes, while lower sensitivity reduces the chances of false alarms but may miss some events.

3) Non-Detection Zone: Used to filter out unnecessary areas for alarm detection.

  • Select the Brush (paint) in the bottom-left corner. Use your finger to paint over areas where detection is not needed. Be sure to completely cover the area to ensure proper filtering and avoid leaving gaps.

  • To paint the entire area at once, tap Paint All in the bottom-right corner. Then, tap Save to apply the settings. To modify the Non-Detection Zone, tap the Eraser in the bottom-left corner or tap Erase All in the bottom-right corner to make changes.

  • For some models, the Others section can only be fully covered, and custom drawing is not available. Please follow the specific operation for your camera model.
