  • Keeps Resetting and Losing Configuration

    1. Camera settings revert to default or previous configurations after some time, or you might frequently see a password error message requiring you to create a new password.
    2. You may hear the camera's reset notification sound and also see the camera spin itself from time to time.
    3. After saving new settings, returning to the previous menu or performing other actions causes the settings to revert to default or previous configurations.
  • Auto Reboot

    1. The camera occasionally shows a "connection failed" error but reconnects after a few minutes.

    2. You may notice frequent automatic panning and tilting.

    3. If continuous recording is enabled, playback may show many gaps in the timeline.

    4. The IR and spotlights flicker on and off repeatedly, and the camera fails to preview properly when the issue occurs.

  •  Auto Tracking Not Working

    Your RLC-823A may not track at all, or the camera can track targets but stops midway, ceasing to track.

  • PTZ not Working
