How Reolink Cloud AI Works?

Once enabled on a compatible device, and linked to a cloud plan that includes Cloud AI capabilities, all new video recordings uploaded to the cloud will be searchable via Cloud AI Video Search+.

Please note:

Enabling this AI feature will automatically disable Advanced Data Protection for that camera.
Once disable Cloud AI, Advanced Data Protection will be re-enabled, if your account has this feature enabled.

  • Reolink TrackMix LTE Plus

Fisheye series:

  • Not Supported.

Other cameras that support Reolink Cloud can
use Cloud AI features, even if the camera itself
doesn't have built-in AI capabilities.

Q1: Is the Cloud AI feature dependent on the camera’s built-in AI? Do I need a camera with built-in AI to use Cloud AI?

No, the two are completely independent. A camera does not require built-in AI to use Cloud AI. You can check the table above to see which cameras support Cloud AI.

Q2: Is Advanced Data Protection supported on all devices?
