Option 1: I want to return first and then receive the replacement (Recommended)

If you still have the original device and it's convenient for you to ship it back, we recommend selecting this option. It’s the most common and straightforward return method, selected by the majority of our customers.
This option does not require any PayPal pre-authorization, and we’ll arrange the replacement as soon as your return is on the way—no charges will be held on your account. It’s safe, easy, and ensures a smooth replacement experience.

Option 2: I want to receive the replacement first and then return (PayPal Pre-authorization Required)

This pre-authorization and advance replacement option is designed for your convenience, especially if the original device is hard to remove (e.g., installed high up or at a remote location) or if you need a working unit urgently. It allows you to receive the replacement in advance, minimizing downtime while waiting for the return.
Note: This method requires a PayPal pre-authorization, which places a temporary hold on the amount — it is not an actual charge. If we receive your return within 25 days, the pre-authorized amount will be automatically released. The pre-authorization will only be charged if the return is not received within 25 days.
However, different banks may display this hold differently, and the funds may appear as temporarily unavailable during the hold period.
