If your Reolink camera connected to the NVR is lost or damaged, you may wonder if you can still find its footage on the NVR. Fortunately, this is possible, and you can access and view the previously saved footage by following these steps.
Conditions for Playback
The channel where the camera was connected must have an active camera. If the channel is empty (i.e., no camera is online), playback is not possible.
Steps for Playback

Check if the Channel Has an Active Camera
Ensure the channel where the camera was connected still shows an active camera. -
Open the Playback Menu
Access the NVR’s Playback section. -
Select the Correct Channel
Choose the channel where the missing camera was connected. -
Choose Date and Time
Select the date and time of the footage you want to view. -
Use the Timeline
Scroll through the timeline to find specific footage. -
Backup Footage
Once you find the footage, you can download or back it up for future reference.
