2. If your camera is supported but cannot be added to the NVR, please upgrade the NVR to the latest firmware from the official website: Download Center – Reolink

3. Duo WiFi/PoE occupies 2 channels/screens, while the other Duo series cameras only occupy 1 channel/screen.

4. The decoding width of Hw_H3MB18 Hw_N3MB01, and Hw_N2MB02 hardware is 4096. Therefore, if you set the mainstream resolution as 4608*1728 or more, the image cannot be displayed on full screen successfully. It is recommended to set the mainstream resolution as 4096*1536, 4096*1152 (Different models have different resolution options).
