This article will show you how to set up Argus 3 Pro via Reolink App, and please check it for your need.
Note: Before you start, please click or scan the QR code to download and install the latest version of the Reolink App, power on your camera and place it near your router.

Please follow the steps below to initially set up your camera via Reolink App.
Step 1. Power on the camera and wait for the camera to start up. After you hear a startup sound, you will hear a repeated Ding sound, which means you may scan the UID and start the setup process.
Note 1): Please power on the camera by power switch button before initial setup.
Note 2): If you are not sure whether you hear the right sound, you may tap "Demo" to hear the sample sound. If you couldn't hear the repeated Ding sound, please reset your camera.
Step 2. Tap on the icon in the top right corner to start the initial setup.
Step 3. Scan the QR code at the back of the camera. If the phone doesn't respond, please tap Enter and then manually type in the UID (16-digit characters under the QR code of the camera).
Note: You may tap Light to enable the flashlight when setting up in a dark environment.
Step 4. Select Wi-Fi Not configured. Please make sure that the camera is powered on, then tap on Next. If you heard the Ding sound, please tick "I have heard ding sound from the camera".
Step 5. Enter the Wi-Fi password of the selected Wi-Fi network (you may tap the Eye icon and double-check the password) and tap Next.
Step 6. For Reolink battery-powered cameras, a QR code will be generated and displayed on your phone. Please place the QR code on your phone in front of the camera’s lens at a distance of about 20 cm (8 inches) and let the camera scan the QR code. Tick I have heard the beep sound and tap Next.
Note:
1. Please ripped off the protection film of the camera’s lens.
2. You may double tap on the QR code to enlarge the picture.
3. If you keep hearing the repeated Ding sound instead of moving on to the next step when setting up cameras, you may click troubleshoot.
Step 7. After the beep sound, the camera will try to connect to the router, please wait for 60 seconds.
If you hear the double-tone sound or "Connection to the router failed", please click troubleshoot.
If there's no sound after the 60s countdown or you still can't access the camera even if you hear "Connection to the router succeded", please click troubleshoot.
Note: If you are not sure whether you hear the right sound, you may tap "Demo" to hear the sample sound.
Step 8. You may initialize your camera: "Create a login password" and "Name your camera", also choose the scene for your camera.
Step 9. "Initialization finished". Tap "Use Now" and start to preview now.
Once the initial setup is completed, you may choose a good position to mount your camera.
