When you found the NVR monitor showing an incorrect account name or password, you may follow the tips listed below to solve the problem.

Method 1

Login to the NVR and click Modify to input the correct password of the camera.

Login to the NVR and go to Settings > Channel page and click Modify to input the correct password of the camera.
