Tracking your data usage is essential for managing your Reolink SIM card efficiently. This guide will show you how to monitor your data usage via both the official website and Reolink App.
Via Reolink Official Website
Step 1. Visit the Reolink official website and log into your Reolink account.
Step 2. Access the Cloud Dashboard > Reolink Cellular Data Service, then click the arrow icon next to the SIM card ID to enter the SIM card management page, where you can check and manage your data usage.
Step 3. Tap "Usage Details" to view your data usage for the past 30 days or 12 months.
Via Reolink App
Method 1. Open the Reolink App and navigate to Cloud > SIM Service. Access My Dashboard > Reolink Cellular Data Service, tap the arrow button next to the SIM card's ID to check and manage your data usage.
Method 2. Tap the gear icon of the camera that is working with a Reolink SIM card, and the Remaining data on the SIM card will be on the Settings page of the camera. Tap to manage the data plan.
Note: This information will only appear if the Reolink App is version 4.53 or above, and you're logged in with the same Reolink account that was used to bind the Reolink SIM card. If you're not logged in or using a different account, this information will not be available.
Tap "Usage Details" to view your data usage for the past 30 days or 12 months.
