Option 1: Check Data Usage via the Reolink Website

Use the web dashboard for detailed insights into your SIM card data history.

Step 1. Log in to Your Reolink Account

Visit Reolink official website and sign in with your account.

Step 2. Access Cloud Dashboard

  1. Go to Cloud Dashboard
  2. Click on Reolink Cellular Data Service to view all connected SIM cards.
  3. Find your connected SIM card and click the arrow icon (>) next to its ID to open the management page.

  1. Click "Usage Details" on the SIM card details page.
  2. View your data usage over the past 30 days or up to 12 months.

Option 2: Monitor Data Usage via the Reolink App

The Reolink App provides two ways to quickly check your SIM card data usage and remaining balance.

Method A: Through the Services Menu

  1. Open the Reolink App.
  2. Tap Services > SIM Service.
  3. Navigate to My Dashboard > Reolink Cellular Data Service.
  4. Select your SIM card by tapping the arrow button (>).

Method B: Directly from Camera Settings (Quick Check)

  1. In the app, tap the gear icon (gear.png) on the camera using the Reolink SIM.
  2. In the camera's settings page, scroll down to find "Remaining Data on SIM Card".
  3. This section displays your remaining data balance at a glance.
  4. Tap "Usage Details" to access full usage statistics for the past 30 days or 12 months.

Note: The "Remaining Data on SIM Card" is available only if:

  • You're using Reolink App v4.53 or higher.
  • You are logged in with the same Reolink account used to activate and bind the SIM card.
