The interface and functionality are identical on both the web browser and the Reolink App once you enter the SIM card management page (Step 2).

Step 1: Access Reolink Cellular Data Service

Depending on whether you're using a browser or the Reolink App, use the corresponding method to enter the SIM card management page.

Via Web Browser

  • Visit the Reolink Cloud Dashboard.
  • Log in to the Reolink account associated with your Reolink SIM card.
  • Click on "Reolink Cellular Data Service".
  • Click the arrow icon next to the SIM card ID to enter the management page.

Via Reolink App

  • Open the Reolink App.
  • Tap Services > SIM Service.
  • Tap the arrow icon next to the SIM card ID to enter the SIM card management page.

✅ Once you are on the SIM card management page, the steps to switch your Reolink SIM card plans are identical on both platforms.

Step 2: Switch Your Data Plan

After entering the SIM card management page, follow these steps to change your subscription under the Reolink Cellular Data Service:

  • Under Subscription Settings, click the three-dot icon () and select "Switch Plan".

  • Select the country where the Reolink SIM card will be used.
  • Choose the desired data plan and click Subscribe.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the plan switch.
