If you no longer need your Reolink Cellular Data Service, you can cancel it easily from either the Reolink Cloud Dashboard (browser) or the Reolink App. Follow the steps below to manage your Reolink camera SIM card and avoid unnecessary charges.
Steps to Cancel
1. Log in to Your Account
- Browser: Go to the Reolink Cloud Dashboard and log in with the account linked to your SIM card.
- App: Open the Reolink App and tap Services > SIM Service.
Note: After you reach the SIM page, the remaining steps are the same.
2. Open SIM Card Management
- In the Reolink Cellular Data Service section, find your SIM card.
- Tap the arrow icon next to the SIM card ID to enter the management page.
3. Cancel the Plan
- Under Subscription Settings, click the three-dot icon.
- Select Cancel plan > All plans.
- Read the on-screen notes carefully, then follow the prompts to finish the cancellation.
Important Things to Know
- The Reolink Cellular Data Service starts immediately once payment is made.
- The plan will still count as used even if you don’t activate or use the service.
- Refunds are calculated from the payment date, not from the day you start using the plan.
- The refund will first subtract any fixed fees for the current month, and the remaining balance will be refunded proportionally based on the unused time.
