Note: To cancel the Reolink Cellular Data Service using the Reolink App, since the settings and interface in the App are identical to those in the browser, you can review the steps for the browser first, and then scroll to the bottom of the article to find the entry for Reolink Cellular Data Service in the Reolink App.
Step 1. Visit Reolink Cloud Dashboard, log in to the Reolink account associated with the Reolink SIM card.
Step 2. In the Cloud Dashboard, click on "Reolink Cellular Data Service," then click the arrow icon next to the SIM card ID to enter the SIM card management page.
Step 3. Under Subscription Settings, click the three-dot icon and select Cancel plan > All plans. Read the important notes, then follow the instructions to cancel the Reolink Cellular Service.
For Reolink App user:
Below is a guide on how to access the Reolink Cellular Data Service within the Reolink App:
Open the Reolink App, tap on Cloud > SIM Service. Tap the arrow icon next to the SIM card ID to enter the SIM card management page.
Please note that the Reolink Cellular Data plan will take effect once you successfully make the payment. Even if you don’t use it, the plan will still be consumed. If you wish to cancel the Reolink Cellular Data plan, the prorated refund will be calculated from the payment date, not the day you start using the service. And the refund amount will first deduct the fixed costs incurred for the current month, and then the remaining amount will be refunded based on the time used.
