Note: The steps below apply to both the Reolink Cloud Dashboard (web browser) and the Reolink App. The only difference is how you access the SIM management page.
How to Access SIM Management:
- Browser: Log in to the Reolink Cloud Dashboard, go to Reolink Cellular Data Service, then click the arrow next to your SIM card ID.
- App: Open the Reolink App, go to Services > SIM Service, then tap the arrow next to your SIM card ID.
Method 1. Manual Renewal for a Single SIM Card
✅ Ideal for users managing a single camera or preferring full control over renewal timing.
Step 1. Under Subscription Settings, click the three-dot icon > Renew Plan.
Step 2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the renewal.
Method 2. Bulk Renewal for Multiple SIM Cards
✅ It saves time and effort when managing multiple devices.
Bulk renewal lets you renew several Reolink SIM card plans at once, but it’s available only if:
- All SIM plans were purchased with the same location.
- All were paid in the same currency.
- Auto-renewal is disabled for those plans.
Step 1. Click Batch Processing, and the eligible cameras will be listed. Select the ones you want to renew.
- The system will automatically display all other cameras that qualify for bulk renewal.
- If no cameras meet the conditions, you won’t see any bulk renewal options after selecting.
Step 2. Click Renew Plan and complete the payment.
Method 3. Auto-Renewal
✅ Best for users who want a "set-and-forget" experience.
- Under Subscription, toggle the Auto-renewal switch on or off.
Tip: You can also enable auto-renewal during checkout when purchasing a new Reolink SIM card plan.
Conclusion
Renewing your Reolink data plan is quick and flexible:
- Manual renewal gives you full control.
- Bulk renewal is efficient for multiple SIMs.
- Auto-renewal ensures uninterrupted connectivity.
By choosing the option that fits your needs, you can keep your Reolink SIM card plans active and your Reolink 4G cameras online at all times.
