Method 1. Renewing Reolink Cellular Data Plan for a Single SIM Card

Step 1. Visit Reolink Cloud Dashboard, log in to the Reolink account associated with the Reolink SIM card.

Method 2. Renewing Reolink Cellular Data Plans in Bulk for Multiple SIM Cards

Bulk renewal allows you to renew multiple cameras' subscribed data plans at once, but only under these conditions:

  1. The subscribed data plans must have the same location selected at the time of purchase.
  2. The subscribed data plans must be paid in the same currency.
  3. Automatic renewal must not be enabled for the data plans.

Once you select one camera, the system will automatically show other eligible cameras for bulk renewal. If no cameras meet these conditions, you won’t see any options for bulk renewal after selecting it.

Step 2. In the Cloud Dashboard, click on "Reolink Cellular Data Service," then click the "Batch Processing". Cameras that qualify for bulk subscription will be listed here. Select the cameras you want to subscribe to, then click Renew a Plan. Follow the on-screen instruction in the website to complete the subscription.

Method 3. Auto Renewal of Reolink Cellular Data Plan

Step 1. Visit Reolink Cloud Dashboard, log in to the Reolink account associated with the Reolink SIM card.
