This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to link your Reolink SIM card to your Reolink account via the Reolink official website and Reolink App, activate a data plan, and check your data usage for seamless service.

Note: To renew the Reolink Cellular Data Service using the Reolink App, since the settings and interface in the App are identical to those in the browser, you can review the steps for the browser first, and then scroll to the bottom of the article to find the entry for Reolink Cellular Data Service in the Reolink App.

Step 1: Visit Reolink official website. Log into your Reolink account. If you haven't created a Reolink account yet, please create one first before logging in.

Step 2: On the Reolink Cellular Data Service interface, click "Add Card" and choose to either manually enter the SIM card’s ID or click "Upload file" icon to upload a photo of the QR code on the card, then click "Next".

Step 3: Select a storage location for camera data usage and choose a plan based on your data needs. Then, click Subscribe to activate your plan.

Step 4: Review your order, check the terms and conditions at the bottom, and tap Checkout. Please carefully read the important notes. Once you see Subscription Succeeded, your subscription is complete.

Afterward, if this is the first time setting up the camera, insert the SIM card into the camera and check if it announces "Network Connection Succeeded" to confirm the setup and begin the initial camera configuration.

For Reolink App user:

Below is a guide on how to access the Reolink Cellular Data Service within the Reolink App:

Open the Reolink App, tap on Cloud > SIM Service. Tap Add Card to enter the SIM card ID and complete the linking process.
