Reolink Add-on Data Plan: Rules of Use

The Reolink Add-on Data Plan is intended to supplement the data when the Reolink SIM card’s data has been exhausted. Below are the rules of use of the add-on data plans:

  1. How Reolink Add-Ons Are Used:
    When the Reolink SIM card data plan runs out, the camera will automatically use any remaining data from valid add-on data plans. The camera will prioritize the add-on with the earliest purchase date or the soonest expiration date.

  2. When Reolink Add-Ons Cannot Be Used:
    If the cellular data plan has expired, the camera will not be able to use the remaining data from add-on plans, even if they are still valid. In this case, users can cancel the add-on. You will be charged for the data used, and any unused data will be refunded after calculation.

How to Purchase a Reolink Add-on Data Plan

Note: To purchase the Reolink Add-on data plan using the Reolink App, since the settings and interface in the App are identical to those in the browser, you can review the steps for the browser first, and then scroll to the bottom of the article to find the entry for Reolink Cellular Data Service in the Reolink App.

Step 1. Access the Add-on Data Purchase Page

1. Visit Reolink Cloud Dashboard, log in to the Reolink account associated with the Reolink SIM card.

2. In the Cloud Dashboard, click on "Reolink Cellular Data Service," then click the arrow icon next to the SIM card ID to enter the SIM card management page.

3. Under Subscription Settings, click the three-dot icon and select "Buy add-on plan."

Step 2. Purchase an Add-on Data Plan

Choose an add-on data plan. Click Subscribe to a plan. Before subscribing, please click Rules of Use to learn more about the terms of the Add-on plan. Follow the instructions to complete the purchase. After the purchase is complete, you can check the data usage in the "Usage" section of the Reolink SIM card management page.
