1. What is Reolink SIM card?

Reolink 4G camera package contains a SIM card, which is used to provide network connectivity for Reolink 4G cameras. (Please note that the items included in the package may vary by country, refer to the specific items included in the package.)

2. Which carriers are supported by the Reolink SIM card?

Reolink SIM card is compatible with major networks. The camera will automatically select the best available network based on the strongest signal from local carriers.

3. How to use/activate the Reolink SIM card?

  1. Scan the QR code on the SIM card with the Reolink App or visit Reolink Cloud website and select Cellular Data Service.
  2. Add or select the card associated with your account.
  3. Follow the instructions to purchase a data plan that includes SIM data.

4. Does Reolink SIM card support suspension?

5. How to buy data for the SIM card?

  1.  Visit Reolink Cloud website and select Cellular Data Service.
  2. Add or select the card under your account.
  3. Follow the instructions to purchase a data plan that includes SIM data.

6. What to do if the SIM card has a plan but the data is used up?

7. Where to Find SIM Card Number and ICCID?

After receiving your Reolink SIM card, you will notice that the nano SIM card is embedded in a larger card. This larger card contains both a QR code and a barcode:

  • The SIM card number is typically located below the QR code. It is a 10-character combination of letters and numbers (e.g., AB123CD456).

  • The ICCID is located below the barcode and consists of a 20-digit number (e.g., 8901 2345 6789 0123 4567). You can also find the ICCID printed on the back side of the SIM card itself.

8. How to Locate Reolink SIM card?

The SIM card will be attached to the packaging of each product (the box containing the Quick Start Guide). You will be able to see the SIM card immediately upon opening the package. If it's not found, it will be inside the box containing the Quick Start Guide.
