Step-by-Step Guide to Generating Diagnostic Logs

Step 1: Access the Main Menu

  • Open the Reolink App on your mobile device.
  • Locate the Reolink Home Hub/Reolink Home Hub Pro card on the main interface.
  • Tap the arrow icon located on the right side of the card to proceed to the next menu.

Step 2: Enter Settings

  • Tap "Settings" to open the configuration options for your Home Hub.

  • Once in the settings menu, locate and select the "Wi-Fi" option.
  • The Wi-Fi settings section contains options for managing your device's connection to wireless networks.

Step 4: Initiate Diagnostic Process

  • Inside the Wi-Fi settings, you will find a "Diagnose" button.
  • Tap this button to start an automated diagnostic test that checks for common Wi-Fi issues.
