Step-by-Step Guide
1. Access the Main Menu
- Open the Reolink App on your mobile device.
- Locate the Reolink Home Hub/Reolink Home Hub Pro card on the main interface.
- Tap the arrow icon located on the right side of the card to proceed to the next menu.
2. Enter Settings
- Tap "Settings" to open the configuration options for your Home Hub.
3. Manage Wi-Fi Settings
- Within the settings menu, select the "Wi-Fi" option to manage wireless network parameters.
- Here you will find toggles for both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi bands.
4. Disable Wi-Fi
- To disable a specific band, simply toggle off the switch corresponding to either the 2.4GHz or 5GHz frequency.
- To completely disable Wi-Fi, ensure that both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz switches are turned off.
