How to Reset Reolink Altas Series Cameras

This article provides an easy-to-follow guide on how to reset Reolink Altas series cameras. Follow the steps below to complete the process.

Applies to: Reolink Altas PT Ultra, Reolink Altas, Altas Go PT.

Note: The power and reset functions share the same button on the camera.

Step 1: Power On Your Reolink Altas Series Cameras

Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds until you hear a sound and the indicator light turns on.

Step 2: Initiate Factory Reset

Press the button 3 times in a row, and you will hear soft music.

Step 3: Reset Completed
