The button represented by the number 9 is both the power button and the reset button.
Step 1: Ensure the camera is powered on (Press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds until you hear a sound). The status light on the lens can also help determine if the camera is powered on.
Step 2: Press the button 3 times in a row, you will hear a soft music.
