Applies to: All Reolink Devices (excluding cameras in NVR security kits and add-on cameras).

Reolink UID Number Is Lost

Reolink UID label on your camera, NVR, Home Hub is blurred or missing.

Reolink UID Finden

1. Ensure you locate the Reolink UID number correctly. Note: For Argus PT or Go PT series cameras, remove the bracket, as it can obscure the UID label on the camera’s bottom.

2. If the device is already added to Reolink software, check the Reolink UID number through the software.

3. (Not applicable for 4G devices): If the device is powered on and connected to the router, connect your computer or phone to the same router. Use the computer client or mobile app’s internal network scan to find the device's Reolink UID number. Please refer to the steps below:

On the computer client: click "Add Device > Scan Device(s) in LAN" to find the UID.

On the phone App: Tap "+", and go to "LAN" to check the devices within the LAN.

4. Check if you have a backup of the device UID in your phone’s photo gallery.

5. If the camera was previously registered, visit "Check Product Registration Information - Reolink" to verify if the UID was recorded during the registration process.

6. If your camera is a battery-powered Wi-Fi model or an E1 series version without a LAN port and you need to initially set it up but cannot find the UID or QR code, or if it has faded, please contact Support for assistance with the necessary tools and guidance for configuration.
