You may follow the steps below to reset your Reolink E1/E1 Pro/E1 Zoom to factory defaults by pressing the Reset button.
Important Notes Before Reset Reolink Cameras
1. After resetting, your camera will return to factory default settings: username (admin) and password (no password).
2. If you have a Reolink NVR in the same network, and the camera keeps saying "incorrect username or password" or "Authentication failed" when accessing the camera individually, the NVR may have assigned a password to the camera. To improve the security of camera access, the NVR (new UI) has the function of assigning a password to the camera. Reolink Cameras Step-by-Step Reset Instruction

Step 1. Unplug the power supply from the camera. Rotate the lens to find the reset button. You can refer to the video above if you are not sure how to rotate the camera and find the reset button.
Note: For E1 and E1 Pro, there is a reset button. For E1 Zoom, there is a reset hole that you need to press with a reset needle.
Step 2. Press the reset button(with a reset needle if needed), then power on the camera with the power supply while holding the reset button and make sure the blue status LED is on. Keep pressing the reset button until you hear a short musical melody to factory reset all the settings. This process may take a while, about 30 seconds or more, please patiently keep pressing the reset button. When you hear a brief melody, it indicates that the camera has been successfully reset.
Initial Setup
After the camera has been successfully reset, you will either hear a series of short “ding” sounds or a voice announcement in multiple languages saying "Welcome to Reolink." This means the camera is waiting for initialization. Please refer to the links below to configure the camera, where you can set a new password.
