If you set a protection password for your Reolink App but forget it and can't access it anymore, you can follow the following steps to solve this problem.

For iPhone, please uninstall the App from your phone and reinstall it again.

For Android, please follow the instructions below based on your phone's interface. 

Step 1. Uninstall the App from your phone and reinstall it again.

Step 2. Go to Phone Settings > Apps > App management.

Step 3. Find the Reolink App and tap Storage usage.

Step 4. Tap Clear data and Clear cache. Then tap Delete separately to delete all the data and cache. Typically, Android phones have options for "data" and "cache" for Apps. If you can't find them, check each settings page in the Reolink App or consult your phone's support.

Step 5. When the page appears as shown in the following image, it means you have successfully cleared all data and cache.

Note: Reolink App will lose all the cameras which have been added to it after you finish this operation. 

Step 6. Open the newly installed Reolink App, this time, it should allow you to enter the camera username as well as the password.

If you forget your Reolink App protection password, don’t worry—there are steps you can take to recover access. Always remember to keep your account information secure and backed up for future reference.
