If you set a protection password for your Reolink App but forget it and can't access it anymore, you can follow the following steps to solve this problem.
For iPhone, please uninstall the App from your phone and reinstall it again.
For Android, please follow the instructions below:
Step 1. Uninstall the App from your phone and reinstall it again.
Step 2. Go to Settings > Application manager, and find the Reolink App.
Step 3. Click to delete all the data and cache.
Step 4. Open the newly installed Reolink App, this time, it should allow you to enter the camera username as well as the password.
