Currently, Reolink Cloud is compatible with various Reolink camera models across different global regions (click Reolink Cloud Availability to learn more).
If your cloud plan is expired or is about to expire, you can follow this guide to renew it via the following 3 methods:
Method 1: Manual Renewal

Option A: App Renewal
Step 1: Open the Reolink App and go to Services > Cloud Storage.
Step 2: Select the plan to renew:

If your plan is active, tap > to enter it and select Renew.
Note: The Basic Plan is the active plan—check the "Expire Time" for its end date. "Expired" lists plans that are no longer active. Don’t confuse these with new plans, as expired ones may still appear.
- If your plan is expired, go to the Expired section, select the plan, and tap Renew.
Step 3: Confirm renewal: Tick the reminder, then tap Confirm Renewal > Got It and Continue to Buy.
Step 4: Completion: Renewal is successful! You can continue using the cloud service.

If your plan is active, tap > to enter it and select Renew.

Option B: Email or Web Renewal
You will receive an email notifying you that your current plan will expire soon.
Step 1: Click Renew/Switch Plan Now or visit the Reolink Cloud Dashboard and go to Cloud Plan.
Step 2: Click Renew Plan.
Step 3: Follow the on-screen instructions to review the details and complete the renewal and payment.
Step 4: Renewal is successful! You can continue using the cloud service, and an email with payment details will be sent to you.
Method 2: Auto Renewal
Visit the Reolink Cloud Dashboard, and under the Cloud Plan, enable or disable Auto-Renewal.
(Note: Free plans do not have the Auto-Renewal option.)
In addition, the Auto-Renewal option is also available on the payment page when purchasing a cloud plan.
Method 3. Bulk Renewal
Bulk renewal allows you to renew multiple cameras' cloud plans at once, but only under these conditions:
- The subscribed cloud plans must have the same location selected at the time of purchase.
- The subscribed cloud plans must be paid in the same currency.
- Auto renewal must be disabled for the cloud plans.
Once you select one camera, the system will automatically show other eligible cameras for bulk renewal. If no cameras meet these conditions, you won’t see any options for bulk renewal after selecting it.
Visit the Reolink Cloud Dashboard, and under the Reolink Cloud Service, click Batch Processing.
