Currently, Reolink Cloud is compatible with various Reolink camera models across different global regions (click Reolink Cloud Availability to learn more).

If your cloud plan is expired or is about to expire, you can follow this guide to renew it via the following 2 methods: 
Method 1: Email notification

Method 2: Reolink App

Method 1: Renew the plan via email notification

You will receive an email notifying you that your current plan will expire soon.

Step 1. Click Renew/Switch Plan Now to jump to the Cloud Dashboard page.

Step 2. Click the Renew Plan button to renew the cloud plan.

Step 3. Check renewal details, read and confirm the Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions. Click Confirm Renewal.

Click Got It and Continue to Buy and complete the payment.

Step 4. Renewal Succeeded! You can continue to use the cloud service now.

 You will also receive an email with your payment details.

Method 2: Renew the plan via Reolink App

Step 1. Launch the Reolink App, and tap Services > Cloud Storage.

Step 2. Tap Plan, and if the current cloud plan is still active, click > to enter the current plan. Then click the Renew button in the top right corner to renew the cloud plan.

If the plan has expired, go to the Expired section, select the expired plan, and tap Renew to renew the cloud plan.

Step 3. Tick to confirm the reminder, and tap Confirm Renewal > Got It and Continue to Buy.

Step 4. Renewal Succeeded! You can continue to use the cloud service now.

Note: In the second image, the Basic Plan displayed is the active plan. You can check the "Expire Time" to see when the current plan will expire. The term "Expired" below refers to plans that were previously active but have now expired. Please be careful not to confuse this with purchasing a new cloud plan, as expired plans may still appear in the list.
