If the cloud plan is already expired or about to expire, you can renew the current plan referring to this article.
Method 1. Renew the plan via email notification
Step 1. You will receive an email to notify you the current plan will expire soon. Click the Renew/Switch Plan Now to jump to the Cloud Dashboard page.
Step 2. Click Renew Plan button to renew the cloud plan.
Step 3. Check renewal details, check on the Policy&Term and then pay for the new plan.
Step 4. Renewal Succeeded! An email with your payment details will be sent to you for a backup.
Method 2. Renew the current plan via Reolink App
Step 1. Log in your cloud account, enter the cloud settings page, click the button to check more details about your current plan.
Step 2. Click Renew button to renew the current plan or the expired plan, check the payment information listed on this page (Including the price, valid time and so on), and then pay for it.
Step 3. Renewal Succeeded! You can continue to use cloud storage now.
