If your cloud plan is expired or is about to expire, you can follow this guide to renew it via the email notification or the Reolink App.
Applies to: Argus 2, Argus Pro, Go, Go Plus, Go PT Plus, Argus Eco, Argus PT, E1 Pro, E1, E1 Zoom, E1 Outdoor, Argus 3, Argus 3 pro, Argus 2E, Argus PT 2K, Reolink Duo, Duo 4G, Go PT, Reolink Lumus, Keen Ranger PT, Reolink Duo 2, Reolink Duo 2 LTE, Reolink TrackMix, Reolink TrackMix LTE, Reolink Video Doorbell WiFi.
Method 1: Renew the plan via email notification.
You will receive an email notifying you that your current plan will expire soon.
Step 1. Click Renew/Switch Plan Now to jump to the Cloud Dashboard page.
Step 2. Click the Renew Plan button to renew the cloud plan.
Note: If your cloud plan was subscribed to before July 12, 2022, there is no Renew Plan button. Please click the Switch Plan button to renew your cloud plan.
Step 3. Check renewal details, read and confirm the Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions. Click Confirm Renewal.
Click Got It and Continue to Buy and complete the payment.
Step 4. Renewal Succeeded! You can continue to use the cloud service now.
You will also receive an email with your payment details.
Method 2: Renew the plan via Reolink App.
Step 1. Launch the Reolink App, and tap Cloud > Cloud Storage > Plan.
Step 2. Choose a plan that you would like to renew, and tap Renew in the top right corner.
Step 3. Tick to confirm the reminder, and tap Confirm Renewal > Got It and Continue to Buy.
Step 4. Renewal Succeeded! You can continue to use the cloud service now.
