Note: Before you start, please click or scan the QR code to download and install the latest version of Reolink App, power on your camera and place it near your router.
You may follow the steps below to do initial setup for Reolink products via Reolink App:
With voice prompt:
With the Ding Ding sound:
Step 1. Please click the “+ ” button in the top right corner to add the camera.
Step 2. Scan the QR code on the back of the camera.
Step 3. Click “Wi-Fi Not Configured” to configure the Wi-Fi settings. Tick I have heard the repeated Ding sound or I have heard the voice prompt, then tap Next.
Step 4. Enter the Wi-Fi password of the selected Wi-Fi network (you may tap see and double-check the password) and tap Next.
Note: Reolink E1 and Reolink Lumus will only connect with 2.4 GHz wifi network; E1 Pro and E1 Zoom will connect 2.4 GHz or 5GHz wifi network at your choice.
Step 5. Then a QR code will be generated and displayed on your phone. Please place the QR code on your phone in front of the camera’s lens at a distance of about 30 cm (12 inches) and let the camera scan the QR code.
Step 6. Tick I have heard the beep sound or I have heard the voice prompt and tap Next.
Step 7. Click “Connection to the router succeeded” or “Connection to the router failed” based on what you hear.
Step 8. You may need to initialize your camera: “Create a login password” and “Name your camera”.
Step 9. "Initialization finished". Click "Use Now" and start to preview now.
