Network Time Protocol (NTP) is a protocol that helps the device time to be synchronized in a network. Here we will guide you to use NTP to synchronize the time of your camera/NVR via a web browser.
Applies to: Reolink NVRs and cameras excluding the battery-powered ones, B400, D400, B800, D800, Reolink Lumus, Reolink E1, and Reolink E1 Pro.
Step 1. Log in to your camera via a web browser. Click the gear icon on the top right to get to the device settings page.
Step 2. Go to Network > Advanced> NTP Settings > Set Up.
Step 3. Click Synchronize. If you get a prompt Succeeded, then the NTP settings are synchronized successfully.
Note: Enable Auto-Synchronize and set up a time interval (60-65535 mins) so that the time will be synced automatically on a regular basis. Click Save to save the settings.
If the web interface of your camera is an old version, you can refer to the steps below.
