Applies to: All Reolink cameras and NVRs (exclude Battery-powered cameras, Reolink E1, and Reolink E1 Pro).
Step 1: Connect your camera to the network of your router.
- The camera needs to be powered on.
- Make sure that your PC is in the same local network as the router. If it's not in the same network, you need to use the WAN IP address of your router to log into the web management page of your camera.
Step 2: Log in your camera via Web Browsers and go to the Device Settings page.
Step 3. Go to Network->Advanced->NTP page.
Step 4. Click the Synchronize and you may get the NTP settings succeeded message at the bottom, then it synchronizes succeeded. If it fails, please contact the support team for help.
