This article is about searching logs on Reolink PoE NVRs.

Applies to: Reolink PoE NVR with hardware version H3MB02/H3MB16.

The Log Search displays a list of events. Presented in chronological order, the most recent events will be at the end of the list. You can follow the steps below to search log on Reolink PoE NVR.

Step 1. Log in your NVR on the monitor, right-click the Live View page on the monitor screen, and then click the Menu button to enter the main menu page.

Step 2. Go to Search > Log Search. Select the Major Type, Minor Type, Start Time, and End Time, and click Search. All the logs that comply with the search requirements will be listed on this page.

Note: The main types of logs are listed below.
Alarm Video Loss
Exception HDD Full; HDD Error; IP Conflict; Net Disconnected
Operation Start; Shutdown; Reboot; Login; Logout; Local Settings; Start Manual Rec.; Stop Manual Rec.; Playback; Backup; Default Settings; Import Config; Export Config; Format HDD; Clear Log

Step 3. If you want to delete the logs, go back to the Log Search page and click Clear Log to operate.
