Currently, Reolink Cloud is compatible with various Reolink camera models across different global regions (click Reolink Cloud Availability to learn more).

Recordings uploaded to your Reolink cloud account could be play backed online, and of course, you can download them to your phone. This article shows you how to do it on Reolink App.

Note: If you fail to play the video, it means your phone fails to connect to the cloud server or the network is not good enough. Please make sure your phone connects to the network well.
Here is a video for your reference:

Step 1. Launch Reolink App. Go to the Cloud page. Tap Cloud Storage and log in to your Cloud account.

Note: If you don't have a Cloud account, see here: How to Create a Cloud Account and Bind Cameras to the Cloud Plan via Reolink App

Step 2. Tap Library. You will see all the recordings uploaded to your cloud.

Step 3. Select the device bound to your cloud plan.

Tap the drop-down arrow on the right side of mceclip4.png, and you could select the camera you want to check out (provided you have bounded several cameras to the cloud). For example, we will tick Doorbell WiFi in the below picture:

Step 4. Select the date of the recorded video.

Tap the drop-down arrow beside the mceclip3.png, and you could choose the video on a specific date. The date in black means there are cloud recordings on that date, while the date in grey means none.

Step 5. Select the type of recording.

Tap the mceclip2.pngdrop-down arrow to select a video type. The available detection types various from camera models.

For example, you could tick Visitor recordings to find out all the visitor-triggered recordings of the Doorbell WiFi.

Step 6. Tap on the recording thumbnail to playback that video.

On the playback page, tap mceclip0.png to download this video recording.
