Currently, Reolink Cloud is compatible with various Reolink camera models across different global regions (click Reolink Cloud Availability to learn more).
Recordings uploaded to your Reolink cloud account could be play backed online, and of course, you can download them to your phone. This article shows you how to do it on Reolink App.
Step 1: Access Cloud Storage
Launch Reolink App. Go to Services, tap Cloud Storage.
- If you're not signed in, the app will prompt you to log in to your Reolink account.

Step 2: Open Cloud Library
Tap Library. You will see all the recordings uploaded to your cloud.
Alternatively, there are two other ways to access the Cloud Recordings page:

Access Cloud Events from the camera's live view screen.

Tap the reminder about your Cloud plan in the Settings page will take you directly to the Cloud recordings page. (Note: The expiration date is shown only after you’ve purchased a Cloud plan and linked your camera. Otherwise, a subscription prompt will appear.)
Step 3: Select the camera bound to your cloud plan.
Tap the drop-down arrow on the right side of , and you could select the camera you want to check out (provided you have bounded several cameras to the cloud). For example, we will tick Doorbell WiFi in the below picture:
Step 4: Choose a date
Tap the drop-down arrow beside the , and you could choose the video on a specific date. The date in black means there are cloud recordings on that date, while the date in grey means none.
Step 5: Filter by Event Type
Tap the drop-down arrow to select a video type. The available detection types various from camera models.
For example, you could tick Visitor recordings to find out all the visitor-triggered recordings of the Doorbell WiFi.
Step 6: Playback & Download
- Tap on the recording thumbnail to playback that video.
- On the playback page, tap
to download this video recording. (Note: Reolink Cloud Service does not support one-click download of all cloud recordings.)
