FAQ
-
Do I need a subscription to download recordings?
If you had a cloud subscription before but it has expired, you can still download recordings as long as recordings have not yet expired. However, uploading to the cloud requires an active subscription.
-
Why can’t I play back my recordings on the web?
Some Reolink cameras with clear resolution use H.265 video encoding. If your browser doesn’t support H.265, playback may fail or show a black screen with audio only. Try a different browser. Currently, only Microsoft Edge (v16+) and Safari (v11+) support H.265 on desktop. Alternatively, you can download the video and play it with a media player that supports H.265, or replay it directly in the Reolink App.
-
Can I download multiple recordings at once?
Batch download is not supported yet. This feature is under development—stay tuned for updates.
