This article will show you how to add Reolink cameras to different Reolink software platforms. Check the detailed instructions below.

Applies to: All Reolink Products

Reolink Products can be accessed on both Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN). If you're on the same network as your device (LAN), we recommend you use the device's IP address to log in. If you're on a different network (WAN), please use your device's UID to log in to the camera.

Notes:
1. You may see what is UID and how to find it.
2. Reolink battery-powered cameras can only be logged in using UID. And there is no LAN and WAN connection for Reolink 4G LTE cameras
3. If you fail to scan the QR code or fail to scan any camera in LAN, you can click for simple troubleshooting.

You will need to enter the username and password of your device when adding Reolink products on a new network. Reolink default username is admin and the default password is blank(no password). If you forget the password, you may choose to reset your device.

Note: For Reolink NVRs, you may press the reset button to reset the admin password to default: How to Reset Reolink NVR Recorder's Password.
