Reolink Products can be accessed on both Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN). If you're on the same network as your device (LAN), we recommend you to use the device IP address to log in. If you're on a different network (WAN), please use your device UID to log in.
1. You may see what is UID and how to find it.
2. Reolink battery-powered cameras can only be login using UID.
3. If you fail to scan the QR code or fail to scan any camera in LAN, you may click for simple troubleshooting.
You will need to enter the username and the password of your device when adding Reolink product on a new network. Reolink default username is admin and the default password is blank(no password). If you forget the password, you may choose to reset your device.
Note: For Reolink NVRs, you may press the reset button or use super-password to reset the admin password to default.
