This article will show you how to turn on the UID for your Reolink device.
Applies to: All Reolink devices except for the battery-powered cameras and the cameras in the NVR kit.
Note:
1. Reolink battery-powered cameras can only be accessed using the UID, which means this feature cannot be disabled for battery-powered cameras.
2. The cameras in the NVR Kit don't have the UID, they should work with the NVR for remote access.
3. Reolink cameras and NVR provide the UID (based on P2P) for remote accessing. The user may enable or disable the UID to control remote access. The UID uses random UDP ports when the cameras or NVRs are connected to the Internet, so please make sure that all the UDP ports of your network are enabled so that the UID can work fine.
4. Reolink App does not support UID enable/disable.
