Applies to: All Reolink cameras and NVRs
If you get "Internet access is required to add the camera" error message on PC Client, which means the PC Client can't connect with our server.
It could be caused by the not stable internet or the server is too crowded, please troubleshooting here:
Step 1. Please double check whether your PC has internet access, you can open the browser to check if you could access the Internet. If you can make sure your internet is available, please go to step 2.
Step 2. Please login out the Client and wait a while, then log in and add once again to check whether you can access or try a few more times. If failed, please go to step#3.
Step 3. Please make two small test:
(1)Please turn off your PC's firewall to check again.
(2) Please use ping command to check whether your PC Client can connect with our server or not.

Step 4. If you tried above and still failed, please provide your camera's UID to us for checking.
