You may follow the guide below to see whether infrared lights option is available to your camera and how to configure it on Reolink software.
1. For IP cameras:
Whether the infrared lights option is available depends on the hardware version of your camera. You may check the hardware versions of Reolink camera and see how to distinguish Reolink 4MP & 5MP cameras.
- The infrared lights option is not available to cameras with hardware version of IPC_381 with 4MP resolution.
- The infrared light option is available for cameras with hardware version of IPC_513 or IPC_515, or IPC_381 with 5MP resolution. You may configure the IR lights via Reolink Client or on Reolink App.
2. For battery-powered cameras:
The infrared lights option is available to all battery-powered cameras.
3. For C series cameras: C1/C2/C1 pro/C2 pro
The infrared lights option is available to all C series cameras.
