If the video is not displayed in the live view page when you used the web browser to access the cameras/NVRs, here are the suggestions for you:
- Check the flash plugin in the web browser (For the NVR, it only supports the IE browser) you used. It requires the flash plugin to display the video stream.
- Try to run the browser as administrator. Refer to Run Reolink Client/Browser as administrator.
- Check the network connection from the camera/NVR to the PC. If the network connection is not stable and smooth, the stream may not show on the browser.
