Here are the steps to troubleshoot:
Step 1. Please refer to the article below check the basic configuration settings for the camera and cloud.
After you verify that the firmware version of the camera is the latest one, your cloud account has been activated and you are a US customer, please turn to step 2.
Step 2. Try to access your camera remotely. If you can access it remotely, please offer us the UID/password of the admin of your camera, your cloud account, and the bind failed screenshot. If you can not access it remotely, then we'll check the network for the camera connects to. We'll troubleshoot first why you fail to access the camera remotely.
