4. Password of Reolink Device
The device password refers to the password used to log into the device (camera/NVR/Home Hub/IoT). This password is created when you initially configure the device and can be used to log in across different software platforms, such as phone App, PC Client, Web browser, and NVR monitor. The photos below show the device password displayed when logging in on different software platforms.
Reolink App
Reolink Client
Reolink Web Browsers
Reolink NVR (New UI)
Note: It is especially important to note that for NVR users, this login interface requires the NVR's own password, not the camera's password. For more information about passwords on the NVR, refer to Introuduction to Reolink NVR Passwords
The password of the Reolink App, Reolink Client, Reolink account and Reolink device are all separate. They are different things. You can also set them all to be the same one for convenience.
