This article guides you on how to find Reolink device system information. Learn how to easily access device details, hardware and firmware versions, and other essential system information directly.
Applies to: All Reolink devices.
The methods for finding system information vary across different platforms. Locate your corresponding platform, click the section, and follow the instructions to easily find the system information for your devices.
Note: For cameras added to Reolink NVR, the system information of the camera can only be found on the NVR monitor. Please click Reolink devices connected to NVR (New UI), or Reolink devices connected to NVR (Old UI).

Reolink Standalone Camera
Step 1. Launch Reolink App and log in to your camera, then tap on the gear icon to go to the Device Settings page.
Step 2. Slide the screen to the top, then tap Device Info, and then you will find the System Information of your Reolink camera.

Reolink NVR
Tap NVR settings , slide the screen to the top, then tap Device Info, and then you will find the System Information of your Reolink NVR.

Reolink Home Hub and Integrated Camera
For cameras added to Reolink Home Hub, tap to camera Settings, slide the screen to the top, then tap Device Info, and then you will find the System Information of your Reolink camera.
For Reolink Home Hub, tapto Settings, slide the screen to the top, then tap Device Info, and then you will find the System Information of your Reolink Home Hub.

Finding device version information on the Reolink Client can be done in two ways: accessing the settings page or right-clicking for a quick query. Here is a video that will show you how to find out system information for Reolink devices via Reolink Client.

Method 1. Checking System Information Under Settings
1. Reolink Standalone Camera
Launch Reolink Client and log in to the camera, click Camera Settings, and click Info, and you will see the Model, UID, Hardware No, and Firmware Version for your camera.
2. Reolink NVR
Launch Reolink Client and log in to the NVR, then go to Device Settings > System > Info. You will see the Model, UID, Hardware No, and Firmware Version for NVRs.
3. Reolink Home Hub and Integrated Camera
For cameras added to Reolink Home Hub, click to Device Settings > Device > Info, and then you will find the System Information of your Reolink camera.
For Reolink Home Hub, tapto Home Hub's Settings, click Customize > Device > Info, and then you will find the System Information of your Reolink Home Hub.

Method 2. Checking System Information by Right Click
Right-click the device, and click Get Info. You will see the Model, UID, Hardware No, and Firmware Version for your device.
Via Reolink Web browser

Reolink Standalone Camera
Applies to: All Reolink cameras except battery-powered cameras, Reolink E1, Reolink E1 Pro, and Reolink Lumus.Step 1. Log in to your camera via Web Browser.
Step 2. Click the gear icon on the top right to get to the device settings page.
Step 3. Click Camera > Info. Then you can check the model, UID, hardware, firmware No., and etc on the page.
If the user interface is with an older version, please check the steps below.
Step 1. Log in to your Reolink camera via a web browser and go to the device settings page.
Step 2. Click System > Information, then you can check the Hardware Ver. and Firmware Ver. of your camera.

Reolink NVR
Step 1. Log into your NVR via Web Browser.
Step 2. Click the gear icon on the top right to get to the device settings page.
Step 3. Click System > Info, then you can check the hardware and firmware version of your NVR.
If the user interface of your NVR is an old version, you could refer to the steps below:
Step 1. Log in to your NVR via a web browser and go to the device settings page.
Step 2. Click System > Information, then you can check the system information of your NVR.
Via Reolink NVR (new UI)
Applies to: RLN8-410 (hardware version H3MB18/N2MB02/N3MB01/N7MB01), RLN16-410 (hardware version H3MB18/N6MB01), RLN36 and RLN12W.
You may refer to the following steps to check the firmware version for NVR and the cameras connected to the Reolink NVRs (with hardware version N2MB02, N3MB01, N7MB01, H3MB18, N6MB01, and N5MB01).

Reolink NVR
Step 1. Click on the Settings icon on the NVR monitor screen.
Step 2. Go to the System > Info page. Now you will be able to find the system information of the NVR, including the hardware version (Hw No.) and firmware version (Fw Version) of your NVR.

Reolink devices connected to NVR

Step 1. Go to Settings > Camera page. Choose the channel of the camera and then click More Info in blue.
Step 2. Now you can find out the hardware version (Hw No.) and firmware version (FW Version) of your camera.
Method 2.
Step 1. Go to Settings > Channel.
Step 2. Under Channel Management, move your mouse to the camera that you want to check, click Info and you will find the Camera Details.
Via Reolink NVR (Old UI)
Applies to: RLN4-410 (hardware version H3MB17), RLN8-410 (hardware version H3MB02), RLN8-410-E, RLN16-410 (hardware version H3MB02/H3MB06)
Note: If the UI is different from the following, that will be the new UI on the monitor, you can refer to Via Reolink NVR (new UI).

Reolink NVR
Step 1. Log in to the Reolink PoE NVR on a monitor, then click on the button to enter the menu page of the NVR.
Step 2. Click on the System > System Information button, then you can find the Model, Hw No., and Fw Version on this page.
