When the battery percentage of the battery-powered camera is lower than 10% (camera without smart detection) or 15% (camera with smart detection), an alert for the low power will be sent via Reolink server to Reolink App. You may refer to the following guides to enable the Push to get the low battery power alert for your camera.

Launch Reolink App, then into the Device Settings page and enable the Push (tap the push notification and enable it).
