Sometimes when customer insert a 4g SIM card into Reolink Go, but only read 3g when you access it by your Phone app. This guide offer you some tips to check this issue.
Cause 1. Poor signal coverage
Solution: Change the installation place or take this camera to your home and check if you can get the 4g network. If it is still 3g network at your home, please reset this camera: How to Reset Reolink Go. Then set it up and check if you can get 4g.
You can also insert this SIM card into your phone and check if it gets 4g network at the installation place.
Cause 2. SIM card issue

If all above failed and still 3g network, please consult with your local carrier any suggestions about this issue.
