If the camera makes noise when you live view it via Reolink software, here are some suggestions for you.

  1. The noise might be related to the position you install this camera, we suggest you move your camera to a quiet place for a check.
  2. If the noise still exists after you change the position, please provide a video about the noise you heard to our support, we will judge the problem and help you figure it out.
