Here we'll guide you on how to restore your Reolink device via the web browser.

Applies to: All Reolink Cameras and NVRs except battery-powered cameras, Reolink E1, Reolink E1 Pro, and Reolink Lumus

Step 1. Log into your camera/NVRs via a Web Browser, and click the gear icon on the top right to get to the device settings page. 



Step 2. Click System > Maintenance > Restore.


Step 3. Click Confirm to restore your device. 


If the user interface of your device is an old version, please refer to the steps below. 

Step 1. Log in to your device via a web browser and go to the device settings page. 

Step 2. Click System > Maintenance. Check on I know proceeding will reset all configurations and then click the Restore button to restore your device.
